Ingredients

150-180 ml milk of choice

8 strawberries, hulled and sliced (or use two handfuls of blueberries)

One ripe banana, peeled (freeze banana for a creamier, thicker texture)

2-3 tbsp oats or protein powder

1 tbsp yoghurt of choice

1 heaped tbsp Meridian Energy Release Peanut Butter

1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions

Blend together all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
