Ingredients

3 tbsp Meridian Crunchy Peanut Butter

2 tbsp Biona Agave Syrup

3 tbsp True Pea Protein Powder

1 tbsp True Chia Seeds (or flax/linseeds)

2 tbsp True Baby Oats (gluten-free) or True Millet Flakes

1 tbsp True Desiccated Coconut

2 tbsp Udo’s Choice Omega Oil (optional – any good quality oil works)

3 tbsp Iswari Raw Cacao Nibs

1 tbsp Nielsen Vanilla Essence

2 tsp Biona Apple Juice (or other good quality juice)
Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients except the desiccated coconut.

Add the wet ingredients (peanut butter, agave syrup, vanilla essence, oil, and apple juice).

Mix well to form a firm dough. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more apple juice.

Roll the mixture into 8 small balls.

Coat each ball by rolling it in the desiccated coconut.

Place the protein balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
