Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Meridian Crunchy Peanut Butter

  • 2 tbsp Biona Agave Syrup

  • 3 tbsp True Pea Protein Powder

  • 1 tbsp True Chia Seeds (or flax/linseeds)

  • 2 tbsp True Baby Oats (gluten-free) or True Millet Flakes

  • 1 tbsp True Desiccated Coconut

  • 2 tbsp Udo’s Choice Omega Oil (optional – any good quality oil works)

  • 3 tbsp Iswari Raw Cacao Nibs

  • 1 tbsp Nielsen Vanilla Essence

  • 2 tsp Biona Apple Juice (or other good quality juice)

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients except the desiccated coconut.

  2. Add the wet ingredients (peanut butter, agave syrup, vanilla essence, oil, and apple juice).

  3. Mix well to form a firm dough. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more apple juice.

  4. Roll the mixture into 8 small balls.

  5. Coat each ball by rolling it in the desiccated coconut.

  6. Place the protein balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
