  • 1 cup cup fresh spinach leaves

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder (such as whey, plant-based, or collagen)

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more milk to reach your desired texture.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
