125 g Plain Flour

2 tbsp Organic Coconut Palm Sugar

1 tbsp Baking Powder

½ tsp Salt

240 ml Non-Dairy Milk

1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the plain flour, coconut palm sugar, baking powder, and salt until well blended.

Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl or liquid measuring cup, combine the non-dairy milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract. Stir until mixed.

Create the Batter: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth. Allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes for fluffier pancakes.

Cook the Pancakes: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour approximately 65g of batter onto the pan. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
