Calm the mind and Focus the Brain
Anxiety can affect your focus
Recently I was feeling some anxiety and stress and it was affecting my mood and my focus. Most of the anxiety I could name and give reason for. But naming the cause or reason did not relieve the symptoms I was feeling. I have been trying to do mini meditations to relax, but I haven’t got the time (or so I tell myself).
What is causing your anxiety?
For example, at Natural Health Store we were building our new online store. As you know, it's up and running now which is very exciting. But it was stressful for us pulling it all together.
I had articles to prepare, radio interviews, advertising campaigns to organise. To tell you the truth, I was feeling the pressure while covering for holidays on the shop floor too.
One of the things I noticed was that when anxiety was high my mind would go blank. This is fair enough if I am just considering what article to write about but not great when I am in the middle of a radio interview.

An all in one formula for stress and anxiety
We have a new product, an Irish Brand called Aspire 2 Mental Performance. What I liked about it is that it combined my favourite supplements for stress and anxiety in one product. For example, it contains vitamin B5, B12, KSM-66 Ashwagandha, Lemon Balm, Holy Basil, Siberian Ginseng, and L-Theanine. An advanced formulation to support mental and psychological function And I have to say I am amazed; it calmed this kind of anxiety and stress that I am talking about. But the brilliant thing about it was that it helped me focus.
My best example of success
One of the best examples of this is when I was on the radio talking about weight control. Someone rang in to disagree with some of my advice. Normally I would have gone blank and failed badly at explaining myself in a situation like that. However, I remained calm, focused, and clear headed. I didn’t rush into my answer. I was able to think before I spoke, unlike before. I was amazed at how focused and calm I felt. My anxiety was vastly reduced. In fact, I always feel anxious before going on the radio and I have to say that this is to date, the best thing that I have tried to reduce anxiety and nerves.
Fantastic for use before exams
My son experiences anxiety too, but for him there is also some social anxiety. We talked about how effective it had been for me so he said he would try it. He has had similar results regards feeling calm and focused with less anxiety around stressful situations. Especially when there are lots of issues to be resolved around work and college studies. He too felt his focus was sharper. This got me thinking about exam students and how the mind can go blank before an exam causing loss of focus. Aspire 2 Mental Performance might be a good one for you to try. To help you focus on your exams with less stress and anxiety. Helping you to get the results you deserve.
