  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)

  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt (plain or flavoured)

  • 1 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)

  • ½ cup coconut water (or regular water)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)


  1. Combine the mixed berries, Greek yoghurt, honey, and coconut water in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness with more honey if needed.

  4. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder consistency.

  5. Pour into a glass and savour the berry goodness!
