After several years of advocating for positive mental health and wellness in the community, I have decided to be a more active participant in that change.

I have now established a private practice, accepting clients for Counselling (child, adolescent and adult), Career and Life Coaching (post primary subject selection & college choice, life & career changes, CV & Interview Preparation).

I am a trained Counselling Psychotherapist, Career and Life Coach, Trainer and Psychometric Tester. I am also trained in Child and Adolescent Counselling and Sexual Health Promotion.
